Fifty Judson members and friends participated in this tour led by Jim Bear Jacobs, a member of the Stockbridge-Munsee Mohican Nation. We visited three sites that are important to the history of the Dakota tribes in Minnesota: St. Peter’s Church in Mendota Heights, Fort Snelling State Park, Pilot Knob Hill. It was a powerful day of story-telling, painful reckoning, and renewed hope to do better.
