You will note that this form asks you to divide your remarks into two short paragraphs: 1) a description; 2) your personal response. We know readers are more apt to read something short, and they are interested in how you were touched. Here are a few guidelines:

• Please stay within the word limit. Remember you are encouraging others to read, see, or pay attention, not telling them everything about your topic.
• You may—if you choose—begin with a quote from another source. If you do, please cite the source.
• Please tell us if it is a novel (fiction), non-fiction, play, movie, art exhibit, discussion series, illuminating moment, etc. You will note that some categories below may not apply. If not, just skip them.
• Please include a visual representation (book cover, brochure, photo, etc.) if possible.
• Once our web team has your recommendation, we’ll contact you. If edits are needed, we’ll run them by you before publishing.
