Happy New Year!  

We hope your holidays were filled with joy and wonderful gatherings.

In the spirit of gatherings, we are inviting you to participate in the February 7-9th 2025 Great Gatherings Auction as a host and/or as a participant. For everyone interested in hosting, just remember that the actual event can be scheduled for any date between February 9ths 2025 and December 31st, 2025; after the auction and whenever it’s convenient for you.

Our goal of Great Gatherings is to create a more closely knit Judson community as we believe bonds between people are built more strongly through shared experiences.  If you’ve participated in these wonderful experiences in the past, you know how fun they are as a host an/or participant. Some examples of past GGs are a Pizza Party and game night, or a Garden party with music and food, or cooking/baking lessons, or a guided outing to a local park with flowers and wildlife.

We know that some of you have created more than one GG event with other people, so please feel to continue that tradition if you like. The more the merrier. 

As you consider gatherings to host, feel free to use or build off ones you’ve hosted in the past or just try something new. 

We’re excited to see what super fun, community-building experiences you might create. And yes, just contact one of us with questions and help, especially if you’ve never hosted before.

When you’re ready to host a Great Gatherings event, please submit your event ideas by January 20th, using the form below.:

* A short, catchy description

* Max attendees

* Suggested date/time of year for your event

* An estimated minimum bid you’d suggest each person should pay to participate.
